Gibson ES 325 electric guitar

For sale is my Gibson ES325. I have had this baby for over 20 years and it is in the same condition now as then. It is far from perfect but is still a lovely guitar. The surround on the neck pickup is broken but is replaceable at not too great a cost. Unfortunately someone had changed the bridge pickup on this before it came into my hands. Originally it would have had a mini humbucker like the neck pickup but now has a full size humbucker in its place. It still sounds ok though I have no idea what the pickup is. Inside the body is a sticker saying that the guitar was made in Kalamazoo, Michigan. On the back of the headstock it has made in the USA and a serial number imprinted in it. I have done a bit of research and I think it was made somewhere between and . It is definitely showing its age but marks are all superficial and don`t affect the playability. It has a lovely thin neck and nice low string action, intonation is also perfect. No fret buzz and very slight wear on the frets that again don`t affect the playability. These ES 325 guitars are extremely rare as they were only made for a short time.

Rickenbacker 325 Electric Guitar Clone

This is a clone of the genuine article so is not a real Rickenbacker 325, however it is an old guitar. Not sure of original brand but the guy who sold it to me (years ago) thought it could be a 70's Shaftsbury. It's got the name plate that I have photoshoped over in a few pics for legal reasons. It's a lovely guitar, nice to play and has a nice tone too. Looks as real as you can get. The plastic nut has a corner chipped off (See in pic) but was like this when I got it and the E sting stays in place anyway. Can be replaced for a few quid if bothered.
