Really great fun to ride and makes commuting or biking up hills and along the flat a breeze. Hardly used, bought in but spent almost all its life in our garage! The removable Li-Ion battery (key locked) has lived in our house and has been charged under 10 times total. Battery should supply around 20 miles or more power from one charge which takes a maximum of 4 hours. Range/distance varies depending on how you ride it. This is a quality machine and not cheap Chinese. The electronics and front wheel hub motor are Sanyo as far as I know. The electric motor assistance is instant when pedalling. Has an easy to use electronic power mode selector for ECO / NORMAL / SPORT (along with ON/OFF button) to adjust the assistance power and power remaining strip of lights. This is a UK road-legal bike design so will only provide electrical power to assist you as you pedal, up to a (legal) speed limit of around 15 mph and automatically reduces the motor power once you are up to that speed. Of course, you could cycle faster than that, but the electric system would not assist you. These bikes were originally around £ each so this one, in OK condition at £350 should be a bargain.
