Upgrading so selling my faithful Defy. Please use search engine for full spec and great reviews. Great condition, always maintained to a high standard, whenever anything wears out it gets replaced (within last 300 miles, new cranks, new chain/cassette, new freehub, new disc pads) so ready for action. Only deviations from standard spec are: its got an upgraded full 105 groupset (originally supplied with a lower spec RS500 crank), the bar tape is no longer white! (replaced with black Fizik tape) and the tyres are Conti GP's. I purchased this Aug so its got very minor blemishes in keeping with its age/use (minor marks to bars from lights/garmin) but still excellent condition. Never crashed. Size M/L (I'm 1.83m, 6ft). Giant Defy 3 road / sportive bike in distinctive yellow / white / black, size M/L 53.5cm, in very good, clean, original condition. Full details here: bit.ly/Defy3 I bought this to train for and participate in the RideLondon 100 sportive for a charity, for which it performed superbly. Prior to this it appeared to have been hardly used, as it is exactly as it came out of the factory (bar a few minor marks & scratches), right down to the original tyres. The only changes are the bar tape (Cinelli gel cork - now showing signs of wear) and the pedals, which I have changed to generic flats. It is a reluctant sale, I would be keeping it if it wasn't for the fact that it is slightly too large for me - being my first road bike I went by the size guides on the Giant website and thought I needed a M/L, I now know an M is ideal for me. It really is a lovely bike - very light, very smooth, very quiet - a perfect introduction to sportive riding, or a great commuter or tourer as it has eyelets for mudguards & pannier rack and will take wider tyres than the average road bike.
