The saddle measures 17" from stud to cantle, 9.5 inches between the D rings and 5 inches between the padding in the gullet where it would sit on the horses back. The tree is sound as is all the stitching, the girth straps are in good order. A fabulous saddle in very good condition.

Well cared for  GFS Field house Pro VSD GP black leather saddle, 18" wide fit. measures 10inch D-D. Its a very versatile saddle, it is cut straighter than a normal GP.  It there for allows more shoulder movement, ideal for. dressage & working hunter. It has good deep knee roll ideal for jumping phase, very comfortable saddle. Sadly doesn't fit my new horse. Very clean  cared for saddle, just small wear marks where the stirrup leathers have been. Excellent condition gfs xch black gp saddle 17inch Bought this from a friend who had it from new. She's given up riding and my mare is in foal so it's surplus to requirements! It has hardly done any work at all! Someone will grab a bargain and will be very pleased with this beautiful saddle. It is fitted with the latest XCH system. Takes series 1 gullets and they are available from narrow to extra wide. Saddle is fitted with a wide gullet but I have an X wide if preferred. Tried to show everything in the pictures - it has a feint mark on each side where I let someone borrow it who wore wellies under waterproof trousers so it rubbed it very slightly! I was gutted but that's what happens when you try and help someone by lending them something!!! It will probably fade completely once it gets used properly. This really is a lovely saddle. A lovely quality black english leather GP saddle made by GFS/Fieldhouse. The saddle measures 17" from stud to cantle, 9.5 inches between the D rings and 5.25 inches between the padding in the gullet where it would sit on the horses back. The tree is sound as is all the stitching, the girth straps are in good order and the flocking is smooth and even with a nice amount of give in it. There is a bit of surface cracking to the leather on the saddle flaps and the gfs badge is missing on the off side but otherwise a very nice saddle in good condition.

USED GFS Fieldhouse BLACK leather GP saddle ". This is a very nice saddle with a comfortable seat position. The D - D rings measurement is 8 1/2" and the internal gullet measures front 3 1/4" Middle 1 3/4" and back 1 1/4". It is showing some signs of wear at the cantle and pommel but does not effect its use. Also there are two indentation marks on the seat which is not visual when in use along with two small scratch marks.

GFS Fieldhouse Close Contact GP Saddle 17" Black Wide fit

Selling for a friend. This is a very versatile, comfortable GP saddle in nice condition. Not quite sure of its age but there are no particular signs of wear apart from a tiny bit of fading on the top of the cantle and a bit of "wrinkling" on the pommel. It had three very sound girth straps with buckle guards each side plus webbing to add a point strap if required. It measures 10" from D to D and has moulded panels for a close contact fit on a wider horse. It is also not particularly forward cut, possibly to suit a big shoulder.
