German Shepherd cross

Loki is a beautiful, soft loving dog, brilliant with children of all ages, other dogs and cats. Very gentle when taking treats and knows all of his commands. HOWEVER in the 18 months that Loki has been with us, he has been unable to stay alone for more than a short period of time without getting himself into a state psychologically. As a result of this he has been going to a dog sitter whilst my partner was working. A change to her hours makes it near enough impossible to fund and get him to and from the dog sitters every day. Loki will need to be rehomed with a family who will only be leaving him for short periods of time, or anyone who is home most of the day every day looking for a companion (ie someone who is retired.) Loki is fully house trained, is up to date with all his vaccinations, flea and worming treatment and microchipped. He is unneutered but if this was an issue we would happily have him neutered prior to rehoming. We would prefer if we were able to keep in touch with his new owners to ensure that he is happy and healthy. Loki is fantastic off the lead and returns immediately when called. We would require a home check and reassurance that Loki would be going somewhere that was fully aware of his issues. The fee will be negotiable for the right family. Ad ID:

I am very regretfully having to sell my lovely dog on, had her for a year... she's 2 and half years old. I have a new contract of 40 hours a week and don't have the time to give her the attention she needs. She has been a big part of my family but she needs to go to a home where she can be properly trained and given the attention she needs. She loves attention and cuddles, she has lived in a house with cats. I wouldn't recommend her going to anyone with young children as she gets very excited and jumps. This is Darcy she is 2 in November, has been spayed, chipped and upto date with her vaccinations. She needs a forever home with owners who have experience with the breed, she is a German Shepard cross collie, (can get pics of both parents) Darcy is a nervous dog until she feels comfortable so if someone was willing to visit a few times before she went to her new home it would be ideal. Ideally she should be the only dog, although I have a Bernese mountain dog and a staffy (she's grown up with the staffy from 8weeks old) it took around 3/4 weeks for her to settle with my partners bernese mountain dog adding to the family. When out Darcy is dog aggressive which is a nightmare in itself considering she lives with two dogs. She is great with kids. Can be warey of adults, mostly men but after a short time she accepts company. Took her a short few hours for her to get used to my partner. She is house trained, great off lead as long as no other dogs about that she doesn't know, her recall is really good so as soon as a dog is spotted I tend to call her back and she comes straight away. She generally is a smart dog and loves to learn and be praised. A owner with time for her is needed. If you think your right for Darcy get in contact. I'll not let her go to anyone I don't think will cope with her. I've had her from being 8 weeks old I have so much love for her she just needs a home that is suitable for her as it's not fair me keeping her when I can't give what she needs and craves.
