Original WW2 RAF Taylor Buoyancy Flying Suit, Windak, Electrically Wired, A good used example of an original WW2 period flying suit of the type favoured by crews of Bomber Command, marked as size Medium on AM label with Ref: 22C/739. Overall very good condition, with light general wear, all zips and pop studs appear to work fine, most zips are AM marked with their pulls still in place, sleeve zips are the same pattern but have the DOT maker logo. £, York,.

Genuine Mk16A Flying suit as used by the RAF, Fleet Air Arm & Army Air Corps. This has been used but is in very good condition with no damage or repairs. It has 2 chest pockets, 2 side pockets with access to trouser pockets if worn under the suit, velcro wrist closures & waist adjusters. 2 knee pockets for maps, with 2 pen holders each side, 2 ankle pockets. 3 pen holders on left sleeve. Zipped ankles so the suit can be put on over boots or shoes. Size " chest, " height. The shroud cutter enclosure on the right leg has been removed, a common modification which has caused no damage. Genuine Irvin RAF Sheepskin Flying Jacket. in Lutterworth

Genuine "Irvin" RAF Sheepskin Flying Jacket in excellent unmarked condition. Hand made to special order in by Mota-Lita (Aviation Leathercraft), holders of the Irvin trade mark. The jacket is size " chest, 19" underarm to cuff, regular length fit. The only other additional order request was for external hand pockets to be provided which I believe is a standard feature for new jackets. The jacket has an unmarked matt hide with warm honey coloured sheepskin pelt. There is absolutely no wear to the hide, lining, taped seams, buckles or belt. The condition of the jacket has to be seen to be appreciated. In the 28 years I have owned the jacket it has been worn only a dozen or so times.
