Hofner '61 Reissue Violin Bass 'Cavern' Edition & Case The bass is in excellent cosmetic and functional condition and is an accurate reissue of the first of Macca's Violin basses. This one has the pickups mounted closer together and a flat back with the early Hofner logo. The bass has a lovely neck with an easy action along its short scale. The frets are in excellent condition and everything is original. The bass has some small blemishes to the lacquer and dings on the sides and headstock as it's been gigged. Nothing structural and the trussrod turns as it ought to. Hardware has some slight tarnishing to the metalwork as pictured. It comes with the original case although two of the catches are damaged it is still functional. UK sale only no trades please. These retail at over £!
