Grade2 Modified - British Army DPM Field Jacket (over the head style) Used in Iraq & Afghanistan

For Sale is an Issue DPM Lightweight Ripstop Field Jacket, formerly owned by a British Army Sniper, Used first in Iraq then Afghanistan, prior to the introduction of MTP. While in Iraq it was used as a standard field/combat jacket on patrols and such, On a later tour in Afghanistan the jacket was modified by its owner to suit his personal requirements/taste/role (or maybe it was an expedient field repair) Condition is Issued, Heavily Used in Iraq & Afghanistan - in fair/worn condition (and Modified) Size is approximately a Large / estimated to be (by comparing it to other jackets i'm selling) Modifications; Modifications were done 'in-country', by a local afgan, with functionality in mind, not cosmetically for fashion. so are not professionally done to a standard of a high street commercial item, -- The main zip has been removed and the jacket has been converted into a 'half smock' design similar to the ww2 para-smocks, it has been stitched closed from the bottom front hem to the sternum then has velcro to close the upper chest area.
