Inside the tent there is 2 bedroom pods either end of the tent, and this still leaves a spacious living area, although we only ever put 1 bedroom up and had the rest as living space so it was huge! The living area also has sky lights. Sewn in ground sheet (no bugs). Easy to assemble perfect for a family getaway. The only negative that there is, is the canopy has got 2 tabs missing as last year on holiday we had VERY high winds and they ripped off, but we have tied the guy ropes to it and it held for the rest of the holiday without a problem. Large Family Tunnel Tent - Gelert 6+2 8 Man tent - huge

The living space measures a massive 380x480cm which will provide plenty of space for dining and all your extra camping furniture. Due to the large front and side windows light freely enters the living area and the 220cm head height adds to the feeling of light, airy space. Each side window has a mesh vent above and features an internal privacy cover. The living area also features a fully sewn-in groundsheet to keep the elements at bay. We have had this for 4 years, used for about 12 trips, Brilliant tent. Been in the loft for a season so we put it up in the garden at the weekend to confirm all is OK. 1 fibreglass pole split on one end - 4 spare included. I have replaced one before (they do split from time to time) but not got round to changing this. We now have a caravan and don't need the tent. Sad to see it go really. Listed elsewhere. SunnCamp Shadow 600 tent. Fantastic family tent

6 man family tent but best for 5. Two good double sleeping compartments and one smaller "double." Very large area in the middle between the sleeping compartments; perfect if you need to sit inside - plenty of room for all, plus a table and chairs. Four sets of flexible poles and straightforward to put up- a steady approach should have it up in 30 minutes. Had four or five family holidays (2 adults and 2 teenage children) and it was ideal; I would have found it very hard to have bought a better tent for the purpose. For sale our used family camping tent. It is really big: you can sleep at least 6, 3 in each of the bedrooms and has plenty of space to stand up in. The floor is sewn in in the main space, and the porch/kitchen area has a groundsheet that is not sewn in, which is actually quite helpful in the wet. All internal doors have midge netting screens. The tent has got some signs of wear and tear through use: there are a couple of tears in the pole sleeves, but they don't affect the tent once its up: you just have to be a bit careful when inserting the poles. I am selling my Dome 4 man tent as I have upgraded to a larger set-up. It has only been used 4 times and has kept me and my family warm and dry, even when we have been caught out in bad weather. It is in excellent used condition and I am including the Blue Eco ground sheet I bought for the tent at the same time I purchased the tent. The Eco sheet is the expensive breathable rubberised type which forms a warm barrier underneath the tents groundsheet. The Eco sheet alone cost me £78.
