Krisen treffen ein Hotel fast immer plötzlich und unvorbereitet und haben den Nachteil, dass sie sich sehr schnell in der öffentlichen Gesellschaft verbreiten und einprägen.Gerade deshalb ist es notwendig, der Hotelleitung, ob in kleinen Familienunternehmen oder bei international agierenden Hotelketten mittels einer " Toolbox" geeignete Instrumente an die Hand zu geben, um in Krisenzeiten flexibel reagieren zu können, damit Urlaub letztlich immer noch die schönste Zeit des Jahres bleibt.
