Frankie is just 7, slightly green in the school but is not a problem. Hacks out amazing, nothing phases him away from home, real cheeky chap, picks all 4 feet, loves standing and being pampered, turns out alone or with herd mares and geldings but can become slightly posseive of his mares, ridden in a snaffle, sometimes has a little fit at poles first time but nothing that confident rider couldn't do, currently has a novice loaner who has taken him in open fields,jumped, hacked and schooled, really brought her riding on, would be a suitable lead rein pony or 2nd pony to a child or small teenager. I've started to bring him back into work and so far he's been lunged every day which he is perfect at, long reined down main roads (where also he is perfect and bombproof when passing heavy vehicals and motor bikes ect.) He's very quiet and placid to be around, wouldn't hurt a fly. Fab around the kids and dogs - nothing phases this boy and I can't see it being any problem bringing him back into work. He's fantastic to do with, catch (follows you around the field like a dog) load, travel, bath, clip, farrier. Lives happily in or out great stable manners with no vices. Eye catching Blue and white Dartmoor hill pony, great fun pony who has done show jumping, xc schooling, low level dressage, clinics, ponyclub,local showing in hand and ridden. Broken in by my the 10 yr old and now sadly outgrown, same home for last 4 yrs. Blue is a very much look at me pony with a lot of presence, he is not a first pony and would be suited to a confident child as a second pony or a mother/daughter share.
