This is a used Orchid PBX 416 in good condition, that was hardly ever used. It comes with its electric cable. The needs of a small business have been taken into account during the development of the Orchid PBX 416 Plus Small Office Telephone System to ensure that all the features aide towards the smooth running of the company. The Auto Attendant is a popular feature of the Orchid 416 Plus Telephone system as this allows all or individual lines to be answered by the Automated Attendant which will then play your personalized outgoing message. This allows you to direct callers to press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, or 3 for the operator etc. Calls can be quickly transferred between extensions on the Orchid PBX 416 Plus Phone System with the use of easy extension selection, this can be done manually or automatically if you are going to be away from your desk and need your calls answered rather than them going to answer machine. The system also allows calls to be picked up from other extensions so if your colleagues extension phone is ringing and they are away from their desk you can answer the call via your own telephone. Internal calls can be made between extensions and each extension has a do not disturb function, ideal for use during meetings. A flexible ringing assignment feature on the 416 plus system allows the user to set certain extensions to ring dependent on the phone line calling in, for example Line 1 could ring extensions 1-4, line 2 could ring extensions 5 and 6 and line 3 could ring extension 16 etc. This is a completely flexible system to suit your companies requirements. External calls are made by selecting an outside line and then dialing the number required, however the Orchid 416+ Telephone System allows extensions to be programmed for direct dial which eliminates the need to select an outside line before dialing, this is preferred by users who make a lot of outgoing calls during their day. The system incorporates up to 99 speed dials to minimize dialing time, and outgoing calls can also be timed with a maximum call time limit set if required. Calls to certain numbers can be blocked on the whole system or at an extension level to prevent calls to mobiles, directory enquiries or premium rate numbers for example. Conference calls can be made via the system as it allows for more than 1 extension to join an outside line call. An external port has been included on the phone system which enables the user to connect a music on hold device.
