Complete professional quality PA System with Mackie Thump 15 inch speakers which are 400W each, Mackie ProFX8 mixer with built in effects, 180w active floor monitor, speaker stands and all cables including custom made 20' mains leads for the speakers. Speakers are in excellent condition and have canvas covers which can be left on for outdoor use. Mixer is pretty much as new and comes in a padded case. Speakers are 15" high-precision woofer with a 1" compression driver and have 3-band contour EQ with sweepable mid-frequency. they are tough but very portable at 36Lbs each. Mixer is 8 channel with high-headroom, low-noise mic preamps, 3-band EQ, a built-in DI for direct connection of a guitar or bass, integrated effects, precision 7-band GEQ and more. Monitor is self powered 12" plus horn and can be linked through and extended with another speaker. Excellent package, plenty enough for a pub/club full band/act. Up for sale is the best PA system I've ever heard that was custom built for a friend who I later bought it off. The speakers are believed to be Electro Voice and the cabinets are hand made by Waters who were based in Barnsley. All the drivers are very heavy duty and have massive magnets. The 10" tops weight more than most 18" subs I've carried and the 18" really need 2 men. This is a chance to buy the whole system before I begrudgingly part it out. It really is absolutely awesome and I can demo it any weekend with a live rock and roll band. Everything you need to mix live (plus record every channel live for later mixing) is included (aside from a laptop if you wish to record). These Mackie active PA speakers have been used for 6 gigs and they haven't been 'thrashed'. They have been stored in their Mackie bags and are in very good condition. They come with mains leads and 30ft signal leads. Just plug into your mixer and you're up and running. Each speaker is rated at 400 watts and contains 2 separate amplifiers, 1 at 150 watts for the high end and 1 at 250 watts for the low end. Pair of active 12" Speakers with horns. Excellent condition with a few minor cosmetic marks (see photos). These speakers have given exemplary service in a live environment with no problems whatsoever. They deliver an excellent clean sound with plenty of bass. They have never been 'overdriven' & although they have their own inbuilt compressor circuits they have always been used with an independent 'limiter' which is built into my QSC Desk (Not included). You can plug a microphone directly into the speakers & you will be immediately up and running. They are portable & very easy to handle.
