It has a powerful two-stroke motor for use at sea, which I have seen working and can be tried out before purchase if required. It has lights, a fish finder and a small concealed cooking burner for making tea, coffee, etc. The boat has no leaks but would benefit from a coat of paint. I am planning to re-shape the driveway and will need the space quite soon. Hence the very low asking price.
