The tent has a sewn in ground sheet & has great a standing height. My husband is 5'10ft & he can stand inside without his head touching the top. Lots of windows, some of which can be vented. My husband & I can put this tent up in around minutes, although please expect it to take longer on your first attempt! hydro head (very waterproof flysheet) and fire retardant. Good sturdy family tent with side porch & extra porch which really extends the living space. We used the porch area for cooking. We used this with our 2 young children & really appreciated the large living area & extra space that came with the porch. Perfect for the summer holidays, we paid £16 a night to pitch in a small campsite in Cornwall. *From my memory, one clip is broken around the bedroom section. We have a Outwell Vermount XL tent up for sale. It's in great condition in original carry bags. Also include brand new set of heavy duty pegs, Outwell Vermount ground sheet, mallet and a Outwell Vermount carpet. This is a great tent with load of room and can sleep 7 people across the 3 rooms but can easily sleep more if need be in the main sleeping area. It also has a wardrobe with pole to hang clothes up or some people use as a toilet. We bought this tent of a couple who used it a couple times in France before selling it as they were moving house and not having any space for it. We were planning to use it on a summer holiday to Cornwall but change our mind and have now rented a house with the family instead of camping. We also have some other camping gear we bought in anticipation including a double shelve unit and a single unit, great for keeping cloths uncreased and away from moths or store food away from the bugs!
