Hi there, I am renting out a part of my double room to share with another person. I am a clean and tidy person. I am considered a generous, polite, helpful young man with integrity. I am seeking to share the room with a female. Preferable someone who considers themselves as clean and tidy. I am a student studying at uni. The room comes with Internet, telephone, 32" flat screen TV with sky channels. all bills are included in the rent. You will need £150 deposit before moving in and the keys to the room won't be handed over until after about a week or two, just that we want to feel assured of the persons genuine character.
