Wanted: New Best Friend

I'm 34 and I work from home. I live in Chellaston, Derby. I have two boys, 7 and 5. I haven't ridden since they were born, but I used to be proficient (can't say that I still am though!) I am looking to get back into the saddle now that my boys are in school. I am looking to start with a companion/light hacking horse - not out of being a novice, but because I was never one for jumping or shows! I was hoping to be able to take my boys out on a lead rein and hope that they catch the horsey bug so I can convince the husband that we NEED a horse:) I would like to ease us all back in gently so am only interested in horses that need/would like light riding/hacks rather than those preferring to work/jump as it wouldn't be fair on the horse to get loves and kisses all day if he prefers to run! I am looking ideally for a 14.5hh weight bearing Section D, or a 15hh+ of any other breed. My ideal horses are Shires or Clydesdales as that is what I used to ride when I was younger, but absolutely happy to consider any that need a bit of love.
