Antique Japanese sword in koshirae (wakizashi), Edo period

Click here to view this lot Antique Japanese sword in koshirae (shinogi-zukuri wakizashi). The blade was forged in Edo period, "mumei" (school and maker unknown). The blade has original good polish and shows some fine scratches, "mokume hada suguha hamon", "/komidare", "ubu nakago" (not shortened). Length "nagasa": 45.6 cm, length in koshirae: 73 cm, "motogasane" (sheet thickness at the nakago): 7 mm, "motohaba" (blade width at the nakago): 2.9 cm, "sori" (bend): 1 cm. There is no chip, no crack, no bend in the blade and "cutting edge" is very sharp, guaranteed no "hagire". The saya has a few small cracks in the varnish. A beautiful antique "kodogu" (sword fittings) finish the sword all the way! This wakizashi is complete and in good collectible condition. Hobbit Orcrist sword full size replica sword in Cirencester

This is a fantastic Orcrist sword replica from the Hobbit trilogy. It has a stainless steel, 51cm (20.1") blade with decorations from the film embedded into it. It also comes with a strong sheath with a belt strap so you can wear it as Thorin Oakenshield did in the films. The total length is 71.5cm (28.2") making it a 1:1 scale full size replica and it has cast metal decorations so it looks identical to the real one. Please note that this is a replica so is blunt and should not be used as a real sword. I will post to anywhere in the UK through Yodel for no extra cost.
