A Freiberger 'Yacht' Sextant in superb condition. Manufactured in Germany. Serial number: Including: - original fitted wooden case with lock and one key. - test certificate showing serial number of this sextant.. - handbook (in English) - adjusting wrench. This really is in superb condition and ready for use. I bought it (second hand) 7 years ago with the intention of making a trans-Atlantic voyage but circumstances intervened and I have never used it. It doesn't look to me as if it has ever been used. There is no sign of corrosion and the silvering of the mirrors is unblemished. Yacht cradle suitable for a yacht around 32ft LOA. Would accomodate a larger yacht.

This cradle was used to store my boat last winter. I dismantled it and took it home and it is currently stored on a pallet in my garden. It is flexible and can be adjusted to fit larger yachts. It fits in the back of my large estate car or a van. It is quite heavy as it is sturdily built. There are a couple of acrows and various straps and chain that can be seen in the photos.
