Male Cockatiel free To Aviary Owner

I am looking for a good home for my friendly male Cockatiel Norman. I want him to go to an Aviary or with other Cockatiels as I'm worried he is getting lonely and depressed. I work long hours and he needs to be with other birds for company. He doesn't like to be touched with hands but he loves to cuddle up under my chin and he loves sitting on my shoulder. He is free to be out of his cage 24/7 so I would like him to go to an Aviary or a home where he can be free all the time. He doesn't have his wings clipped and I WILL NOT consider homing him with an owner that clips their birds wings.
