FREE - Spencer 's Upright Piano - Good Condition -

Free to a good home, because I simply don't have the space for it anymore - an upright piano by Spencer, made in the early s. Good condition for its age, some scratches on the woodwork in places but no discolouration on the keys. All the keys work, one (G two octaves down from middle C) sticks occasionally but should be easily fixed. Plays beautifully, though. Buyer to collect from Shirley, Southampton. Thanks for looking!

Free Upright Piano - Great condition for its age

This is a lovely mid-20thC piano I bought secondhand. We're regretfully getting rid of it to make some extra space. It has a metal frame, which seems to make the notes louder and brighter than on a wood-framed piano. It comes with a stool and music stand. Both pedals work. There are a couple of issues with the hammers which means sometimes a couple of the keys don't sound immediately when you press them - however, any piano tuner should be able to fix this. Free to a good home, whoever takes it needs to organise removal. Would recommend getting a professional in as it's heavy. Feel free to come round and try it out!
