FREE - Handmade/Carved Dining Table and Chairs (Needs TLC)

Free to a good home -- act fast this won't stick around for long. This was a custom hand-built wedding present for my parents back in the 50's and has been sat in storage for years, and we now need the space. A little TLC and this dining set can be restored to a wonderful centerpiece. The detail on the legs and feet are quite special. Complete with 6 chairs 2 carvers, and table extension. Located and ready for pickup in Nailsea, North Somerset.

We bought this gorgeous table hoping to restore it to it's original glory. Had previously been painted black by previous owners and as you can see we have made a start with sanding down 4 of the chairs. Unfortunately and regretfully we are selling on to someone who can give it the attention it needs as we just dont have the time or space to do it properly. Will come up lovely with some tlc. It is a very solid heavy table in a Gothic style as are the chairs. All real thick wood. Very expensive to buy new. Bargain at £50 due to the work to get it looking fabulous again.
