There are two glass shelves made of safety glass which are fully supported. The rear and sides are lined with mirrors and there are two 12V lamps in the ceiling of the cabinet. The windows are mounted with wooden cross pieces and the glazing is sealed in with a cord which makes a lovely effect. It measures 153cm (5ft) in width, 40cm (16") deep and 125cm (49") to the highest part. It is very heavy and takes two people to lift it. My late wife kept her collection of crystal and glass bells in the cabinet and it is amazing the effect that the mirrors and lamps have. They enhance everything on show. The cabinet was hand made in Italy about 15 years ago as part of a set which cost £. I am only selling the display cabinet though and not the base. This magnificent full height, display cabinet fits into a corner and would enhance any room. It breaks down into two units, the upper display cabinet and the base unit. Both have doors with brass locks and keys and there is a triangular drawer in the base unit as well. Both units are inlaid with a lovely flower pattern as shown. In the upper unit, there are two glass shelves made of safety glass which are fully supported. The two rear sides are lined with mirrors and there is a 12V lamp in the ceiling of the cabinet. The curved window gives an amazing effect and the glazing is sealed in with a cord which finishes it off nicely. It measures 66cm (26") in width, the sides are 53cm (21") deep and the whole unit stands 2.1M (82") high. Each part is reasonably heavy and although they can be lifted by one person, two are recommended to lift it. My late wife kept her collection of glass and crystal in the cabinet and it is amazing the effect that the lamp and mirrors have. They enhance everything on show. Antique Victorian mahogany wardrobe. Seperates into 3 parts. Base/drawer, maim body with bevelled mirror door, and cornice. This is one of many items I salvaged from decades of storage in a farm out building and a certain fiery death. Signs of wear and age but intact. Could be stunning with a bit of TLC. All I have done (other thanrescue them) is to brush down to remove cobwebs/insect life, scrub, treat for woodworm (precautionary, no signs of infestation, past or present), and give a once over with some lemon pledge. Mirror is in very good condition considering the age and storage conditions they were in. Door keyhole/handle was missing but I subsequently found it and have put it in the drawer.
