Metal frame bed with mattress, has only been used in the spare room and from a smoke free house. We do have dog through they were not allowed on the bed. Mattress is of a medium firmness and only used sparingly as it was a guest bed but it is about 2 years old roughly. The frame is a little older than the mattress and has some scuffs and marks on it, one of the wooden dowels has come off and been put back on with tape but this can be easily glued back in if you wish to do that. When the frame is all together it is sturdy and never had an issue with anything breaking on it. It is collection only from the Eccles area in Manchester and would like it to be collected quite quickly as we are clearing out the house and need the space for other furniture. Its free just have to sort out your own collection. Send us an email if interested, I will reply to any emails within a few mins

Hi, My parents currently have an adjustable bed with mattress available FREE of charge to a good home. The item as you can see by the pictures has a slight tear in the side from a wheelchair but this does not hamper any mechanisms which are in perfect working order. The bed itself has only been used for a limited time and the mattress only overnight (it comes in it's original packaging). My father is disabled and now has a hospital bed so no longer requires this one. It is currently being stored at Big Yellow Storage by Tesco, Sutton which is where it would ideally need to be collected from as they have no room at their property.
