Sunncamp Continental 4 SE Retro Canvas Steel Frame Tent

For sale is our spacious Sunncamp Continental 4SE 4 berth steel frame tent. This is a proper old skool badass tent, not some flimsy nylon pop-up thing. Manufactured in , it is in excellent condition, the canvas barely has a mark on it. Has always been dry stored. A couple of the spring retainers in the poles are broken but this doesn't affect the tent when pitched. The exterior cotton is waterproof. Sleeps 4 adults with kit and cooker in comfort. It has two 2-berth interior double bedroom tents with sewn in groundsheets, zip doors and fly-mesh ventilation. There is also a large living area and small alcove (with separate window and vents) for putting up a cooker. In front there is a panoramic window (with curtains) leading to a large awning (seats 4 people in case of inclement weather or too much sun). The sun canopy means you could easily use this as a drive away awning for a camper van as its the right height for a side door. The tent is tall enough to stand up in (even under the awning). The tent has an H-shaped steel tubed frame with 6 legs, is easy to pitch (original instruction booklet included!) and is extremely sturdy. The tent comes in its original two grey cotton duffel bags each about the size of a boxing punch bag. The sturdy construction means that it is bulky and heavy (I'm guessing maybe kg altogether), so you need to be going on your camping holiday with an estate car and/or a coffin on the roof to fit it in. It looks like in this picture (although this isn't a picture of our tent - ours is packed in the duffel bags at the moment. And the sheep aren't included). Pick-up only obviously. Ad ID:
