Outwell Oakland XL 5 PERSON TENT PLUS FITTED CARPET AND FRONT SUN PORCH.

This is a tent that has been used but is still in good condition. There is some mildew on the storage pockets inside the tent but this does not effect the tent other than aesthetically. Also a clip as come away from the inner bedroom it works fine without but the clip is here and would be easy to sew back on. There is a fitted ground sheet and side door. The fitted carpet is in good clean condition, we always took shoes off so it is not worn. The front porch has been repaired, a strap sewn back on, it works fine. The tent has over-sized aluminium poles and not the much maligned air poles now used. The tent is easy to erect and YouTube videos are available to assist.
