For Sale - Gibson Les Paul 50's Tribute Gold Top in Bideford

I am selling my Gibson Les Paul 50's tribute. These were originally made for 'Thomann' and could only be bought from them. I have added original Gibson nickel pickup covers as I considered they made the guitar look more authentic and aged. The finish is satin netrocelluose, typical of guitars of that period. The guitar features a gold top and the rest of the guitar is dark brown. This isn't a polyester finish so it will mark and age very nicely. There are some small marks on the rear edge (see photo) but nothing drastic, the guitar is in excellent condition. Comes with a well padded gig bag and the original Gibson box it shipped with. I would consider organising a courier, cost would be approx £ but would confirm at time of sale. Ideally I would except payment via Paypal or cash if picked up. Would consider meeting half way depending on distance.

This guitar is just over a year old. It is In perfect condition and is ideal for blues, jazz and hard rock. It features a mahogany body and neck, maple top, rosewood fingerboard, with that slightly beefier ‘50s neck profile. It has a certain vintage vibe to it, without going the relic route. There are nice clean tones from both pickups and great rock tones. The sustain rings out with authority, and there are warm, deep lows, and a wonderful high end bite without being shrill.
