I have owned Libby since she was 4 years old, and I have watched her grow throughout the years and she's turned into a lovely pony. She is not a beginners pony as can be strong at times however she is currently in a snaffle. Libby has a lovely character and she loves to learn new things, she's can be nervous at times but if you are patient with her she will do as asked. I have taken Libby showjumping in the past and she was brilliant, we did a 40cm clear round, however she has jumped 55cm at home. Although Libby has loads of pros to her she also has a few cons. Recently when I have been picking her feet out she has a habit of kicking out at the side (both back hooves). She loves learning new things in the field and loves hacks, she is better hacking with company than being alone however I think this is a confidence issue with her. No time wasters. This stunning girl is such a sad sale. She is for sale due to no fault of her own. She has never put a foot wrong. I am in no hurry to sell her and I want her to go a 5* home who is going to bring her on. She has done a variety of things: dressage, show jumping, XC. We have also don't endurance rides and showing. She excels in cross country and always tries her best with everything. She is incredibly safe and never spooks, bucks, rears or anything. She is great to catch, load, groom, bath and for the farrier only shod on the fronts as has great feet.... happily lives in or out is very clean in the stable. She will hack all day long and would excel at endurance rides.... she hacks alone or in company.... never fizzy or hots up and is snuffled mouthed at all times. Heartbreaking sale of a stunning 6year old gypsy cob mare. Dapple grey standing at roughly 14.3hh. She has lots of mane & tail, unfortuneately her feather has got bog burnt due to being turned out but this will soon grow back. Not a nasty bone in her body, but she does know her size. She is sold from the field & lack of time forces sale due to a new baby, this decision hasn't been made lightly but this mare will be something spectacular in the right hands, she has had a foal with previous owners & will be an amazing asset to anyone as a broodmare. She has been used for driving but not been in work for quite sometime due to pregnancy etc. I was planning on using this great mare for not just driving but for riding & also showing. It's with great regret that I am now giving up horses as I just don't have the time to give them what they need & it's so disappointing to see them as field ornaments. She needs a confident experienced owner to bring out the best in her, she isn't for a novice. She has recently had her teeth done, wormed etc. I wouldn't say she loves her baths, she will dance around at first but soon settles down, never silly or dangerous. I was working on desensitising her to this but then winter came & also with the baby again just haven't had the time.
