We bought the unit from Camperlands, Manchester in and were told that it was made around and that new canvas was fitted in . The unit shows normal wear for its age with some scuffing of the woodwork and the odd small tear in the cushions which don't affect its comfort and total luxuriousness compared to a tent! It has a 2-burner gas hob with grill and a sink with an electric water pump. There is a large awning which we have never used. Also included is a gas bottle, leisure battery, hookup cables and spare curtains. The unit sleeps 4 adults in comfort but also has a third double bed in the centre (see pic) formed by removing the table. The zip on one side of awning also needs attention but functions as it should. Has recently had new jockey wheel. Great for inexpensive family holidays.
