Pennine Aztec Folding Camper

We are selling our much loved Pennine Aztec folding camper. The Aztec is described as four berth, but you really need to erect the additional enclosed awning for this to be practical, except possibly for overnight stops. Ideal for a couple or young family, particularly if you want more convenience than a tent. We have only ever used it for the two of us, and soon got out of the habit of using the awning, instead using a cheapo gazebo (included) for speed and lightness. To erect the basic unit takes minutes, but the awning, basically a large frame tent which zips onto the unit adds quite a bit more time. The compact size makes it is very easy for towing. Ours has a fitted bike carrier. This is a robust Pennine supplied unit which slots easily in place. We have two bike carriers on it and have previously used it for wind surfers. The overall condition is good, certainly for its age, with the following observations: o The canvas is sound and clean. There is one patch which was professionally done after mouse damage, o The waterproof cover is frayed and taped in a couple of areas where the bike carrier has rubbed, o The bed boards are a bit warped with age in the corners, but are sound, o Tyres, including spare, look good, o Lights checked. For sale is our Pennine Aztec 4 berth Folding Camper. it is in excellent condition for its age, and has no rips to the canvas, comes from a family of non smokers. There is a small area of the end canvas that has very slight mildew marking, however this was prior to us buying it. we have cleaned the area, and treated with re-proofer. once the liner is in you cannot see this, and it is not visible from the exterior. the overall condition of the canvas is excellent and the unit does not leak. all of the zips are in good order, and the awning poles all work. The electrics all work correctly, and the tyres and brakes are in good working order. we are only selling as we have not chance to get away as much as we would like, but this would be ideal for a summer break for the family, and is ready to go. Pennine Fiesta () Folding Camper with Awning We have owned this camper for two seasons and it has been a really lovely unit to own, the only reason we are selling now is that we are buying a caravan, the photos are from when we took it out for a few nights over the Easter holiday (we had rain and the unit is water tight) there are no rips or tears to the canvas and no signs of delamination of the floor with the underside of the unit looking excellent. It includes under bed ground sheets and canvas which zips underneath both beds (Not shown). The wheel bearings, brakes and running gear have been fully serviced this year.
