It cost £ when purchased new with the thick and very comfy futon mattress and with the extra Chocolate Brown coloured cover that goes on top of it. It's a solid piece of top quality furniture. It's made of American OAK hardwood and it's really lovely. It's been used in my cousins docklands apartment for a while and it's in good condition today. She needs the space now, so it's got to go. This lovely oak futon sofa bed is in really nice condition, the separate Chocolate Brown coloured cover (cost £116) which fits over the extra thick futon mattress can be easily unzipped and a different coloured cover fitted if you wanted to do that. It is simple to take the frame apart for transport purposes. Both the frame and the futon mattress are heavy (which is very reassuring in terms of quality!).
