Sweetie is a 9 year old part bred Welsh Section B, by Beekeeper. This little lady has beautiful flashy movements and enjoys showing them off. Originally purchased as a driving pony and the groundwork was done, but has since been left as a companion. She really should be used to her full potential, excellent in traffic, with farrier and easy to handle. Her only fault is she is a bit of a bully in the field with pushover geldings. !! Advertised for a friend !! Welsh cob mare for sale 14.3 hands 14 years old Grey Lucy is a kind hearted mare with lots of fun to give an experienced adult / teenager. She is NOT a novice ride. She was brought by a friends mum as a happy hacker type but she is not happy and needs a job!! She has done abit of everything in life but has been used mainly for hacking, hunting and the odd plod in the school for the past 3 years. She was hunted by adults and children as young as 14; when being used by children was placed in a waterford as could get abit strong nothing maliscous. She is very much a follower. She does need work doing in the school but she is such a willing mare i dont think it would take her long. Has a lovely jump on her, doesnt pull your arms off going into the fence, has been jumped at home by a 12 year old with no issues. Lucy has never been out hacking on her own with us only ever with 1 other or in groups so I DO NOT know what she is like. Whilst out with 1 other she can be spooky and nappy. However, when out in a group she is a lovely calm ride. She is good to shoe, bath, groom etc Loads onto lorries and trailers Lucy is NOT a novice ride she can be mareish and nap. Has been known to buck, rear and spin if things dont go her way. So please no wanna be riders, novices or time wasters. Would love her to go to a hunting home as that is what she loves. 14.2 Welsh cob mare

14.2 bay mare, 14 years old. She has done a bit of xc, she jumps and loves schooling. She's bombproof in traffic and hacks alone or in company although power walks when alone hacking. She can get slightly strong at times like when jumping at shows but is still controllable in a snaffle. Loads in seconds and travels lovely. Is the sort of horse you can come back to after a break and she behaves like she's been out every day. She hasn't done anything major for a year. Just been used for kids (mostly novices) to mess about on so just tack her up n let them take turns in the field walking n trotting mostly. She isn't marish at all but likes to be the boss of the field. will occasionally walk away from you when you go to catch her but I just say stand and she does. Great for the farrier although hasn't been shod with me so can't see a problem. Was clipped once, but clippers broke so only managed a decent patch. Was nervous but stood fine after a minute or so. 14hh 7 year old Welsh section D x cob mare. Beautiful nature, very easy to do. Good for farrier, to load, groom etc. Lives out with shelter, very good doer. Busby is unbroken - she came to me in September as a companion for my gelding. Previous owner sent her away for backing but she showed discomfort under saddle so they decided to rehome her as a companion without investigating the problem. I had a Chiropractor out who found she had a stiff pelvis and thought it may have stiffened after she has a foal aged 4. She had treatment and looks much more free through her pelvis now so I see no reason why she shouldn't be backed to ride or drive by somebody using patience and kindness. She really is the sweetest mare, such a lovely nature. Unfortunately my circumstances dictate she must find a new home but she will only go to the right person who I feel will treat her with kindness. Contact me for any further details.
