Most people when they begin to practice meditation, dont know want to do exactly. By using your five fingers as a reminder you enter step by step into deep meditation. Detachment is the key word. You detach from the outside world using your body as a reference point. Then close your five sense organs. Enter fully into your body, scan the body and drop it. Concentrate on the breathing, then let the breathing flow by itself and be aware of what is going on in the mind. Detach from the mental movie, stay behind it. Then just BE without doing anything. For all the steps we shall do special exercises. Werner Ruzicka from Austria, has been a meditation teacher for decades.
