Solid hob space The five gas burners on the hob of the BCD925 provide more than enough room for your pots and pans while you're cooking meals. The hob includes a wok burner that delivers up to 3.5 kW of power for high powered heating, perfect for stir frying or searing meat. The thick and sturdy cast iron pan supports provide even heating across the base of your pans for superb heating whilst bringing a professional look to your cooker. Automatic ignition lets you light your hob easily, ideal when you've got your hands full. You can convert your cooker to use LPG using the conversion kit included with this cooker. Oven space The multifunction oven of the BCD925SS offers flexible cooking options thanks to the nine cooking functions. These include fan, conventional and defrost modes, so you can find the right setting to suit any meal you're cooking. There's also a conventional oven that provides additional cooking space - you're not going to run out of space while you're cooking. The double-glazed viewing window not only helps to retain heat, but also keeps the outside of the door cooler by reducing the amount of heat transferred. What is Graded Stock? Graded items, sometimes called "seconds" or B grade stock, are brand new items that have been returned to the original manufacturer. Graded items are not factory seconds or inferior goods in anyway. They are simply items which have been returned either unopened or under retail outlets 28 days no quibble returns policy. The items may be returned for one of the following reasons: Customer simply did not like/want item and returned after a few days. Item may have had packaging damage Item may have had slight cosmetic marks Item may be from a failed delivery/cancelled order (once handled by a courier they are no longer classed as brand new and so are graded) Retail outlet may have over stocked/under sold and return to manufacturer for credit These are the most common reasons for the items being returned. Once an item has been sold, whether it reaches the end user or not it cannot be resold as brand new - it has to be sold as graded. This means some of the items will be brand new and never been out of the box. What is an Ex Display Product? An ex-display product has been on display either at our showrooms or at leading High Street retailer showrooms and is a great way of bagging a bargain! As graded items some may have accessories missing which in no way will affect the functioning of the item. Manuals do not always come with appliances but are easily downloaded on the internet. For items bought online we will describe honestly any blemishes to the item and will send picture if requested. Items are non-refundable. Under the 6 months warranty given with each appliance we will provide an engineer or swap for another of the same appliance if the item breaks down. If you picked up the item from us then you are responsible for bringing it back in the event of an exchange-if it was delivered by us then we are responsible for picking the item up for exchange. General wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. We do not cover loss of food and will not accept any claims for loss-we advise that the contents are insured and regularly checked. Local deliveries-(deliveries done by ourselves) Please inform us beforehand of any access issues there might be, we will do our best to bring the item in to your home and room of choice but if the access is not suitable we will only be responsible for bringing to the nearest entry point. We are not liable for any damages caused to your property (E.G. Lino, ornaments) while we are bringing the item in to your home, though all care will be taken to ensure this doesnât happen. We do not fit the appliances; you will need a gas safe engineer for gas appliances, an electrician for electric appliances and a plumber for washers/dishwashers etc. Nationwide delivery-(deliveries done by a 3rd party company) we use a third party pallet track company to bring the item to you. The item will be securely wrapped and strapped to a pallet. The delivery company is not responsible for bringing the item in to your home-it will be brought on the pallet to the nearest entry point of your home. It is your responsibility to unpack the item and bring it in to your home. If you wish to report any damage upon receipt of the item please take pictures before signing for the item and send to us straight away- preferably while the delivery driver is still at the scene, we can only compensate for transit damage if this procedure is followed.
