Heavy s bevelled wall mirror finished in 'Annie Sloan' chalk paint (country grey) It has been given several coats of a wax finish varnish to seal the paint and provide a durable finish. The mirror has a contemporary feel whilst keeping all of its period charm. There are a couple of very small scratches and a couple of age spots on the mirror that can only be seen on very close inspection and are to be expected for its age! (it was impossible to get photos of the tiny imperfections but I thought I should mention that they were there anyway!) 60 x 48 cm measurements are approximate. This is a lovely Solid Pine Welsh Dresser which we have refurbished in Annie Sloan Chalk paint 'Paris Grey' and have stained the top in a Light Oak wood stain. It has all been fully waxed with Annie Sloan's Clear Wax The top half has 2 shelves with a groove in each to stand plates in & 3 spice drawers The base has 2 large drawers and a cupboard (with a middle shelf) Complete with cream ceramic knobs. White Distressed Chalk Paint Fire Surround

I've up-cycled this beautiful fire surround with Annie Sloan white chalk paint and distressed it using sandpaper and a technique called 'dry brushing' with a darker shade of paint. It was primed with sandpaper and white primer and has been finished with a combination of dark and clear wax to protect it from ‘actual wear’. It's tall with a height of three and a half foot and width of just under four foot. It was too tall for us to put on our fireplace with the ‘nic nacs’ we wanted while having our TV at the height we wanted too so that’s the reason for sale. It would make a great focal point to your fireplace. We have never used it since being up-cycled. Originally it was dark brown.
