For sale is a stunning Fender American Deluxe P Bass with TSA-rated Fender flight case. This bass features an upgraded Hipshot A-Style brass bridge ($100+) and Hipshot HB6C tuning machines ($75), plus the costs of professional installation! Additional Fender Deluxe features include a graphite-reinforced neck, select alder body and the Deluxe series' famous contoured neck heel and chromed Fender headstock logo. It's in great, well-played condition, with only cosmetic wear. There are numerous smaller dings, dents, and scratches throughout the body and fingerboard/neck (many, but not all are pictured), including pick marks and buckle rash (didn't show up well in photos). The fingerboard clear has worn to a satin finish and has a few dents, but the frets are in fantastic shape with only very light dimpling. The rear upper-horn has plenty of scuffs/scratches that I couldn't properly photograph. I'm still pining for a Flea, a Road Worn Jazz or a Road Worn Dirnt. I have the following, plus up to £100 for the right bass. Entry level AMERICAN Precision, , now discontinued, as are the Standard. Differences to US STANDARD. Standard pup rather than custom shop. Standard tuners rather than the fancy lightweight ones. Standard bridge rather than high mass through body. No hard case. Light at 8lb 2oz. These have the Greasebucket tone circuit which has made irregular appearances since the late 80's. Very good condition.
