Hi,just a run down telling you a bit about the guitar.The neck is maple with 21vintage frets and no real wear to speak of,vintage kluson style tuners to finish the neck off.The body is blonde in colour and you can see the ash body through the finish.The guitar comes with 2 vintage style pickups which have been wax potted to eliminate any unwanted squeal and feedback.The guitar comes from fender with good quality pots,switch and jack,all cavities and rear of pick guard have been screened for unwanted noise.The old jack socket was troublesome and has been replaced with an electro socket jack,all good now.The guitar is ten years old with one knock on the rear where the paint has come off a few minor marks on it but generally in very good condition.There is a hard cause in the sale to protect the guitar.Thanks Nick.Email for more photos. Guitar is in fairly used condition and was recently set up with 11s. A lot of lacquer checking especially on the headstock and some parts of the fretboard but nothing more than signs of use and love. Fender Telecaster: Fender USA American Vintage Hot Rod Telecaster,

For sale is this Fender USA American Vintage Hot Rod Telecaster, made in . These are no longer available to buy and are becoming more sought after. Cost c. £ new The guitar is in excellent condition, with only a couple of small marks on the body as shown in the photos. All original, except the stock Seymour Duncan Gibson Firebird type mini-humbucker neck pickup was removed by a previous owner and a high spec. Gibson Burstbucker installed. This replacement Gibson pickup alone is worth c.£100. The original mini-humbucker is also provided, it's in the case. Comes complete with original hard case in almost unmarked condition, plus all hangtags, key for case etc. that originally came with the guitar. This guitar has a fantastic, quite large (but not full baseball bat) neck, and the frets are in excellent shape with hardly any wear. All switches & pots function correctly with no buzzes or scratches. Plays beautifully, quite powerful gutsy vintage tone from both pickups, which are quite hot. The current neck humbucker blends beautifully with the bridge pickup in the middle position, and both pickups sound great pon their own. Has had a recent pro-setup with 10s, and is solid as a rock. Feel free to try it out, my amp is a Laney VC15 small valve amp, or bring your own. Fender Classic Player '50s Baja Telecaster - Custom Shop Pickups and Design - trade/swap

A quick Google should find you hundreds of superlative reviews for this guitar. It feels amazing to play and can cover any tones you want (including that blissful traditional tele twang!) with its Custom Shop pickups and S1 switching circuit. Only selling due to buying a flat and needing the funds! Only issues are one chip on the back of the lower horn and the pickguard has been replaced with a modern replacement (no new holes have been drilled and you can easily replace this with a vintage-style one for a few quid). Apart from this it is shiny as new! I would consider a trade for an instrument of equal or greater worth, and would even throw in some extra cash if you have something particularly interesting that is USA-made. ender Standard Telecaster Electric Guitar - Made in Mexico. Burgundy red, maple fret-board. I am selling my Fender Mexican Standard Telecaster in burgundy red. The colour is amazing - the beautiful dappled burgundy looks great with the maple fret-board. It is in very good used condition, but not perfect. The last picture shows a bruise to the finish on the head-stock which is entirely cosmetic. I have had the guitar from new since and it has not been played a great deal as I prefer humbuckers as they hide my mistakes better. It plays and sounds great, just like a Telecaster should sound in to my ears. Viewing is recommended - I think you will see this is really in very good condition. The scratch-plate and nut have mellowed nicely and I think look better than new. Collection in person please. You will get a Fender a gig-bag thrown in for free.
