Fender Stratocaster - MIM - Upgraded.

You're looking at a Fender Stratocaster (Mexican) in Lake Placid Blue. It's in great condition for its age (20 years) and had been extensively upgraded and subject to a pro set up. Tuners are now genuine fender locking ones, trem block and arm upgraded to steel. Neck and middle pickups are Tonerider Vintage Plus and the bridge is a Dimarzio FS-1. All switches and tone/volume pots are now genuine American CTS and cavity's all shielded with copper so no noise or unwanted sounds. This guitar sounds fantastic both unplugged and plugged in. Strap buttons are compatible with the locking system. Frets in great shape and body only has minor marks which I've tried to capture in photo's. Mark on pickguard is yellowing from a previously applied sticker. No case I'm afraid. Set up for 10 gauge strings. Price reflects upgrades and is my best price. Fender Stratocaster MIM lovely condition

This is a lovely guitar, Fender Strat with Hiscox hard case. Made around , bought in USA on a holiday and travelled back to England on the return trip. It's in very good condition and has had very little use. It's has a complete overhaul with new Ernie Ball strings, pick guard, back plate and medium set up. The two rear pickups have been wired onto one tone dial with the neck pickup on the other. For me this is much better than the standard set up leaving one pickup out. Used it for a gig and was more than happy with it, not a single hint of static. It really is a lovely example of the best period of Mexican Strats,s Any question just ask. Fender Stratocaster electric guitar. Mexico . MIM.

Mexican Fender Stratocaster. Made in . The guitar is in used condition, but the frets are in incredible condition with almost no wear. Nice vintage frets with a very nice Rosewood fingerboard. The body has standard light pick scratches etc. It looks like the previous owner scratched 'K' just below the neck plate. The neck pocket has the very common hairline lacquer cracking which doesn't affect anything. The headstock lacquer is peeling in a rather cool manner. See photos. So, you are looking at a fully working, used genuine Fender Stratocaster which feels great and has some mojo. Some people pay to have guitars professionally roadworn... This one has had 17 years of real use. Strung with new Fender 9-42 strings. I'd recommend maybe getting a higher gauge. If you'd like any photos of anything, let me know. Cheers.
