  Fender Classic Player 60s Strat Sonic Blue

Fender Classic Player 60s stratocaster in sonic blue. Made in Mexico.   Comes with a Fender padded gig bag, Fender strap, plus the original strap pins (Fender strap locks are currently fitted and come with the guitar as well).   Three 'dings' below the bridge (as per photos) plus the usual small scratches on the pick guard and on the side where the arm rests (have tried to show in the photos).   Bought early new from GuitarGuitar in Epsom.   The lacquer on the back of the neck has been sanded away (as per photo) to speed up the neck, but this has not changed the shape of the neck and you could re-lacquer it if desired.   The pickups have not been changed and are Fender custom shop '69.   Price new was £611.   Collection only from Cobham, Surrey

I'm going to regret this. I have always been a bit of a USA snob when it comes to Fenders. I read great things about the Classic Player Series though so I thought I'd give one a try. I have been completely blown away by the quality of this guitar though, those Custom Shop boys have clearly come up with a winner. The set up is amazing and the pickups sound great, far better that I ever thought (some Mexican guitars sound terrible to me). I honestly cannot find a mark on this guitar, it's a real stunner, even the neck has a little flame in it. I am a bit concerned about shipping it in just the gig bag it came with but can make a brand new hard case available for £55 if that helps. I do travel to London so could meet there. Fender Telecaster 60s Classic Player

Up for sale is this very nice Mexican Fender Telecaster. 21 frets with a 7.23" radius for classic feel and playability. Fender tuners, 3 way pickup selector switch, tone and volume controls. The guitar was owned by a professional musician and has evidence of gigging withthe usual dings but nothing serious, I can provide more photos, just ask. She has a Bare Knuckle 'piledriver' in the bridge and the standard pickup in the neck position. This a very nice sounding guitar with bags of tone and depth. The previous owner did a full set up and deep clean including fretboard oiling and is recently strung with 10s. He also changed the saddles to brass gotoh in-tune. Comes with a soft gig bag and so this is collection only as I won't risk posting without a hard case. I would consider swapping for a Fender Stratocaster or Gibson SG. Thanks for looking. For sale. Fender Stratocaster Classic Player 50's superbly finished in Shoreline Gold..Guitar has no fretwear or dinks and could pass for new. Slight "V" Maple neck and fitted with Jim Dunlop straplock buttons which will include the Dunlop straplock,strap fixings.(Original Fender strap buttons also included). Comes with original Fender Padded Gig Bag,Tags and unopened Trem arm packet. Unlike the regular Classic 50's Strat, the Classic Player 50's Strat has had some design modifications done by the Fender Custom Shop Master Builders. They've replaced the standard 50's pickups with American Vintage Strat pickups, the skinny frets have been replaced with medium jumbo ones,Locking vintage tuners and the trem system has a vintage look, but is the 2 point style trem used on the American Series Strats. It is in 1st class condition and is effectively a brand new guitar that has had a Pro set up done by Moon Guitars Glasgow.with 009's,receipt for £65included, low action and 5 springs to hard tail it. The guitar now plays like butter.The low action and intonation are both spot on. Currently retailing at £776 in UK stores without the Pro Set Up or Straplocks. Selling to fund another purchase.
