Plays nicely and will give you the classic Dave Murray tone from the first 5 Iron Maiden albums. Body Fender MIM Stratocaster, chrome 6 screw bridge with cold rolled solid steel big block for sustain. Body originally was candy apple red and was professionally resprayed Fender black. Some dings show the red paint underneath. The largest ding (3mm) is on the front body above the middle pickup. A plectrum has been used in the photo to show the size of the ding. Otherwise, she looks stunning. Neck Fender MIM Stratocaster Classic Player 50's neck, soft V profile, 9.5" radius, vintage locking tuners, minimal fret wear Used condition with a few dings. Minimal fret wear, from a smoke free home. Electronics are fully working. Mexican Fender Stratocaster. Made in . The guitar is in used condition, but the frets are in incredible condition with almost no wear. Nice vintage frets with a very nice Rosewood fingerboard. The body has standard light pick scratches etc. It looks like the previous owner scratched 'K' just below the neck plate. The neck pocket has the very common hairline lacquer cracking which doesn't affect anything. The headstock lacquer is peeling in a rather cool manner. See photos. So, you are looking at a fully working, used genuine Fender Stratocaster which feels great and has some mojo. Some people pay to have guitars professionally roadworn... This one has had 17 years of real use. Strung with new Fender 9-42 strings. I'd recommend maybe getting a higher gauge. If you'd like any photos of anything, let me know. Cheers.
