This beauty has hardly been played and has only come out of its case on a few occasions for home use. They come out of the Custom Shop "light relic'd" so it has some very faint wear marks which are intentional. This guitar is setup to perfection. Fender Custom Shop 59 Closet Classic Stratocaster - Olympic White

This guitar is from the Fender Custom Shop and has Closet Classic relic'ing (with prominent lacquer checking). It plays, looks and sounds lovely, just as you would expect any Custom Shop to. The fingerboard radius is 10" and the neck is " at the 1st fret and " at the 12th fret. The guitar has very little fret wear as it hasn't been played much. It is 100% stock, and is currently equipped with the factory installed 3-way switch. An original 5-way switch is included. Includes the original hard shell G&G case, Certificate of Authenticity and all original paperwork and accessories. I've only gigged with it once since I've owned it, and has spent most of the last year safely stored in its case. Open to reasonable offers. I'm going to regret this. I have always been a bit of a USA snob when it comes to Fenders. I read great things about the Classic Player Series though so I thought I'd give one a try. I have been completely blown away by the quality of this guitar though, those Custom Shop boys have clearly come up with a winner. The set up is amazing and the pickups sound great, far better that I ever thought (some Mexican guitars sound terrible to me). I honestly cannot find a mark on this guitar, it's a real stunner, even the neck has a little flame in it. I am a bit concerned about shipping it in just the gig bag it came with but can make a brand new hard case available for £55 if that helps. I do travel to London so could meet there. It has an aged cherry finish which shows off the select premium ash body, plus a highly figured birds-eye maple neck. It is genuinely jaw-dropping. Lovely set-up and plays brilliantly with a nice action – it sounds unbelievable and is everything you’d expect from a top of the range custom shop strat - it just doesn't get better really. Fender Custom Shop Custom Deluxe USA Stratocaster Made in Fender's American Custom Shop - Stunning Select Ash Body - Very nicely figured flamed maple neck (photos really don't do it justice - it's genuinely the most beautiful neck i've ever seen on a guitar) - frets and a lovely neck (called the '65 neck profile) - Neck and middle pickups are signed and dated Abigail handwound 69 pickups and the Bridge pickup is Custom Shop Texas Special - needless to say, it sounds absolutely incredible and plays like a dream. Comes with the original custom shop hardcase and all the case candy including certificate Condition is fantastic, with the only thing to note is a slight ding on the bottom side (which you don't see when playing etc) which has been touched up nicely and isn't noticable unless you are looking for it. Overall it's just a fantastic specimen from the Custom Shop - and you can really feel the love that's been poured into it by it's makers - incredible craftsmanship. Cash on collection preferred from Leicester (LE7) or potentially my workplace in Nottingham (NG2). I can also courier anywhere in the UK, or Internationally, but if you require this couriering then it will be 100% at your own risk.
