Fender custom shop very heavy relic Telecaster

This guitar is made from high quality parts and listed below. Body is a MJT from the states and has a 3 tone sunburst heavy relic finish which is as good as any Fender Custom Shop. The neck is a genuine Fender and the wear is all real, thats 38yrs of play and it looks superb. I'm not sure of the profile but its not a chunky neck, I'd say a C- shape and it plays great with the frets in great shape, these are jumbo frets. At some point it has had other tuners on but the originals are back on and cover most of the holes. (see pic) The neck has also been drilled to take a 4 bolt. The saddles are Pat Pend like the old vintage Strats had and the trem block is made from milled steal so it sustains better a must have upgrade. Pickups came from a Custom Shop ltd edition 60's Strat and that guitar had Bare Knuckles from the factory so these are quite rare to get now...they sound great too. The pickup covers and knobs are from that same guitar. The guitar has a push pull pot on the volume know so it has a 7 way selection from the pickups with the use of the 5 way switch, this really makes a difference in the sound and it has mallard mustard caps and treble bleed. Its a beautiful guitar which has had a lot of time and thought gone in to making it what it is, it looks in my opinion better than any custom shop especially with the real wear from the 77 neck. For Sale, I have my Fender Custom Shop Telecaster Heavy Relic in Candy Apple Red. I've owned this guitar from new and it has spent nearly it's entire life under my bed, it's in perfect condition and has all the original case candy unused. I original bought this guitar from Peach guitars in Braintree, I can probably find the original invoice at a push. Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton Journeyman Relic Stratocaster

Amazing guitar, professionally set up by Rockfield Guitar Engineering in London. Plays like a dream. Clapton took a vintage Strat and basically hot rodded it with improved radius board, bigger frets and staggered tuners. Upgraded Fender hot noiseless pick ups and Clapton 25dB midboost make this a very powerful sounding instrument. Journeyman Relic finish is really cool and gives the guitar lots of vintage mojo.
