Fender champion 600 modded with a switch which changes the amp to a 5E1/5F1 clone. Second switch is Negative Feedback switch which increases the gain. Also has had Master Volume dial added, upgraded capacitors and changed the tubes, currently Ruby Tubes I believe. All completed by professional amp tech. The last picture shows the new layout of the controls the dial with no numbers is the master volume, the original volume dial is now the gain dial the first switch is the 5E1/5F1 switch and the second switch is the Negative Feedback switch. Following the mods I stripped the original tolex, modified the cabinet, made a new baffle and covered in tweed and fender grill cloth. Net result is amp looks like a 57 champ and with the mods you can get really nice driven sounds at respectable home use volumes. The middle picture shows a very basic mini stand I made from pine and covered in tweed which will come with the amp if wanted. Amp is collection only from Lee-on-the-Solent price is £250.
