The amp is small in size but has a really big sound! I have made some essential modifications. It has the changed resistors and a wired in separate jack socket so now no longer on the PCB and prone to being damaged. The valves were also replaced with new when the modifications were made and these have been run for approximately twenty minutes only in the house. I have wired in a jack extension socket box for a second speaker cabinet output as it was hard to get to under the back of the cabinet. The box will remove easily if necessary with no visible signs. Fender Blues Junior valve amp with BillM mods, Celestion Creamback speaker, Harma pine cab. Excellent conditon and really good sounding amp - a much better / bigger sounding amp than before. Makes the ideal 'grab and go' gigging amp, but also good at home. The BillM mods, combined with the cab and speaker remove the 'boxiness' associated with these amps and bring it to life adding depth and bass. I cannot remember all the BillM mods made by the previous owner, but he was an electical engineer and knew how to use a soldering iron. I think they include: Tone stack mod, bias post, input jack upgrade and presence control. There may be more upgrades, but I can't find the info in my Paypal history. I recetly took it to 'Sick Amps' in Harlow for checking - the power amp valves and sockets were replaced with Sovtek EL84s, but everything else was fine. I'm in Selling cause a change in circumstance means I have to sell my little collection of gear.

Fender Special Run Blues Junior III "Royal Blood". Has been upgraded with a Jensen C12Q speaker. Sounds badass and is plenty loud. Good condition, one small mark on the top. Pcitures don't do it justice - it looks stunning. I have another amp with the exact same speaker - a Russian made Yerasov GTA15. They both sound very similar, and even though I slightly prefer the Fender (+it has plenty more features), I had the Yerasov custom built for me and shipped from Russia, so decided to stick with it. Fender USA Stratocaster th Anniversary Edition; Candy-Apple Red with Tweed Hard Case

This is in absolutely stunning condition for a 20-year-old guitar; it has been treated with love and respect and has never been gigged. Do take careful note of the following cosmetic blemishes, however: There is some slight zip rash from a soft carry-case on the bottom edge. On the REAR of the headstock there is a slight chip to the lacquer (not the wood) which has been re-lacquered but is still visible. On the REAR of the headstock there is a small concavity where the wood had slightly chipped; this has been filled with glass resin and varnished but is still visible. On the rear bout, there is a very faint patch of dark colouration under the lacquer; this has been there since new. The guitar is fully set up with new strings and is ready to play. The case is an absolutely brand new tweed affair with plush crimson lining, triple-clasps and keys. It is a Gear4Music make but has been debadged! This is your best chance of getting a USA-made Strat this side of a thousand pounds. The serial number is N and you will see that this checks out as having been made in Corona, California in . It has a Fender Anniversary plaque on the rear of the headstock. I can post but costs will be high because of the weight and the insurance.
