FENDER BLUES JUNIOR LIMITED EDITION GUITAR AMP – RED NOVA This is a Limited Edition Blues Junior Red Nova. 15watt all valve 12" speaker with built in reverb. The amp is small in size but has a really big sound! I have made some essential modifications. It has the changed resistors and a wired in separate jack socket so now no longer on the PCB and prone to being damaged. The valves were also replaced with new when the modifications were made and these have been run for approximately twenty minutes only in the house. I have wired in a jack extension socket box for a second speaker cabinet output as it was hard to get to under the back of the cabinet. The box will remove easily if necessary with no visible signs. It has a Roqsolid purpose made fitted matching soft cover which cost £40. I also have the original box. This amp is in very fine condition, black with red trim on the sides. Anyone who's familiar with this tube amp knows that it is absolutely beautiful. The tone is so warm and pure! Fender Blues Junior valve combo amp with BillM mods

Fender Blues Junior valve amp with BillM mods, Celestion Creamback speaker, Harma pine cab. Excellent conditon and really good sounding amp - a much better / bigger sounding amp than before. Makes the ideal 'grab and go' gigging amp, but also good at home. The BillM mods, combined with the cab and speaker remove the 'boxiness' associated with these amps and bring it to life adding depth and bass. I cannot remember all the BillM mods made by the previous owner, but he was an electical engineer and knew how to use a soldering iron. I think they include: Tone stack mod, bias post, input jack upgrade and presence control. There may be more upgrades, but I can't find the info in my Paypal history. I recetly took it to 'Sick Amps' in Harlow for checking - the power amp valves and sockets were replaced with Sovtek EL84s, but everything else was fine. I'm in Selling cause a change in circumstance means I have to sell my little collection of gear.
