Very sorry to see this go, but it's just not quite the right instrument for me. Bought at the start of last year, and has since been a phenomenal bass for both live and studio work, but I've rarely found myself straying far from its "default" settings, and would much rather it go somewhere it can be used to its full potential. It's a super versatile instrument, with really responsive onboard EQ and pickup blend settings, making it perfect for tone shaping, and is rock solid in terms of tuning and intonation. Absolutely perfect condition, save for some very light pick marks on the pickups themselves, as can be seen in pictures. Comes with original Fender soft case. May consider trades for another Fender Precision or Jazz bass, or similar. Collection from Bristol/Bath preferable, but can courier at buyers expense. Feel free to message me for any further details. I have for sale a Fender Squier Deluxe Jazz Bass V Active bass guitar finished in gloss black with a black Ebanol fingerboard. There are some plectrum marks and light scratches on the front of the bass but overall it is in very good condition. Included in the sale is a very nice padded hard case (not shown in the photographs). These are around £340 new. This is a precision bass with a Jazz neck, a P Bass body, and a P/J combination pickup array with Vintage Noiseless pickups and active electronics. The P body is a little smaller and lighter The J neck slimmer and faster The combined pickups give you just that much more to play with. Visually it is a beautiful instrument. The finish is as per Fender standards and the gold plate adds so much to the aesthetics. It comes in with protective housing. For sale is a stunning Fender American Deluxe P Bass with TSA-rated Fender flight case. This bass features an upgraded Hipshot A-Style brass bridge ($100+) and Hipshot HB6C tuning machines ($75), plus the costs of professional installation! Additional Fender Deluxe features include a graphite-reinforced neck, select alder body and the Deluxe series' famous contoured neck heel and chromed Fender headstock logo. It's in great, well-played condition, with only cosmetic wear. There are numerous smaller dings, dents, and scratches throughout the body and fingerboard/neck (many, but not all are pictured), including pick marks and buckle rash (didn't show up well in photos). The fingerboard clear has worn to a satin finish and has a few dents, but the frets are in fantastic shape with only very light dimpling. The rear upper-horn has plenty of scuffs/scratches that I couldn't properly photograph. Fender American Hot Rod Precision bass guitar, , with Fender hard case.

Reluctant but I have 3 P/J's and this is the most valuable, and probably most saleable as they don't come up often. Black is the least common colour, Maple is the least common board. These Hot Rods were only made for 11 months from July before becoming the Hot Rodded, which ran for about 2 years. Lots of info on the balanced pick ups on BC & TB. Graphite rods, 41.6mm nut, 8lb 13oz, not original case, but expensive (and quite scuffed) Fender case included. A myriad of tiny surface scuffs on the back, that won't photograph, but for an 18 year old bass it's in good condition It's almost impossible for me to courier now, unless YOU want to sort out a Saturday collection. I would happily look at a trade for an American Jazz Deluxe dated to . I have £100 to add to the Hot Rod, to go to such a Jazz. Please remember the Deluxe Jazzes of that time were selling new for between £ so really shouldn't be considered the same value as the current Elite series! Here we have my Main Bass for sale, quite a lot of history as you'd expect from a bass this age but here goes original pick- guard broke tried a fix, see pic, didn't like it but found this 70,s one black that I liked.Bass has been sanded down so replaced decal on headstock, original pots, pick-ups and original Hum Guard underneath pick- guard.Has evidence of routing for an extra pick- up which has been filled.Also benefits from a re-fret as the old ones had had it, come with 70,s Hardcase and 60,s gig bag in vinyl from Covers New York company, this is what you,d buy if you couldn't afford a Tolex case. All set up by Guitar Hospital of London. I'd say this is a players Bass as opposed to a collector so hence the price. Priced to sell due to funds needed for.
