Hi we got Rosie as a companion for our 6yr old Boxer but entered into this without really doing our homework so we need to rehome Rosie ASAP. Our dog is very jealous which just isn`t fair as Rosie is alot smaller and a bit timmid so I would suggest her going to a home without any other pets. She`s a very loving dog just wanting cuddles and someone to love her. We didn`t get alot of info about her so unsure about vaccinations etc and she hasn`t been spayed also as she was being sold due to a family bereavment they didn`t know her exact age but thinks she`s between mths old. We were going to take her to our vets but will now leave it for her new owners so she contiues going to the same practice. She knows basic commands and dosen`t venture far from you and comes when called. She is a gorgeous typical Boxer that just wants love and attention. This little girl is nine weeks old and absolutely adorable. To cut a long story short I picked her up on Thursday as a companion for my older boxer. It was love at first sight. However since bringing her home I have had an asthma attack that put me in hospital and I am now on steroids. Back at home & struggling with my breathing again. The doctor suggests it’s the puppy. So after much arguing with myself I feel that I have to give her up as I can’t risk either my health or both my other boxer and myself getting attached to her, and having to rehome her further down the line which will only upset her. She has a lovely temperament, and has got in brilliant with my other dog. They have slept together in the crate and the puppy has held herself every night, although during the day when roaming she uses puppy pads. Have you experience of the boxer breed or strong dogs, are at home most of the day and would love a companion. Sadly due to ours ages she is not having the walks that other dogs do. We live in a busy area, so would love her next home to be in a bit of a quieter location as she can be scared of sudden loud noises. Although unpredictable with some dogs her size and larger due to being attacked by a black lab, with more training she is now learning to sit and let them go by with a treat as a reward. She has never lived with children. She loves puppies and small dogs. She thinks cats are to chase! She has a great routine in the house and loves cuddles.
