Re-homing beautiful female GSD

Loving home wanted for our 2 year old Female German Shepherd. Unfortunately our dog was attacked by another dog during a family walk in the local park and has since become understandably anxious and nervous around other dogs and people. She is extremely loving and gentle around us, our cat and children but when I take her on walks she is now pulling on the lead, gets very hyper and shows aggression when she sees other dogs and people although when they get close and she has a sniff they can play around fine. She has never hurt anyone or anything although she does seem very protective as of late. I really don't have the time to retrain her with work and the children. She deserves someone who can give her the time and attention she needs. We would prefer she goes to someone who knows about the breed and has prior experience with big dogs. With sadness I need to re home my lovely 3 year old cat tinker bell, her birthday is 3rd of aug she is used to children and a baby so will fit into a family home.
