Female Guinea pigs
I would like to re-home me my two female Guinea pigs. They are cousins and have always been together. They were born last October so are now 1 years old. I bought them for my daughter who now gets them out less and less to play. We live in a flat and every time I walk past their cage I feel sorry for them that they are not getting out for a little run around. Because of this I would happily give them to some one free of charge if they have a garden and more suitable living arrangement for the girls than I. They are delightful little animals and I've very much enjoyed having them. This is the first time I've had Guinea pigs, they are very simple and have no desire to run away or escape as other rodents I've had in the past have. They are confident when out of cage and run around and approach people. They run away when your trying to pick them out of cage but as soon as you put them on your lap or on the floor, they explore and show interest in the people in the room and the other animals. (We have a dog who is great friends with them. For some reason she takes up eating celery and coriander when the Guinea pigs are about!!) They will come with their indoor cage and hay, saw dust and dry food. Every day I feed them fresh veggies and fruit too. They are extremely greedy, they live next to our kitchen so are aware when fridge gets opened or veggies are being chopped. I can't list everything they eat as the list is huge but a few favourites (other than the obvious) are bannanas, parsley and coriander Strawberry tops, and cabbage. If you think you can offer these two some running space and love please contact me. Thank you. Read More
