I rescued a cat about a week ago but I can't keep her unfortunately. She was scanned and has no microchip, her picture was put on facebook but no one has claimed her. We think she's about 1-2 years old. She's very skinny but is slowly putting on weight now and she's very recently had kittens, she has no milk left though so she's no longer nursing and I took her in on . She's extremely affectionate, very friendly although a little nervous. I'd love to keep her myself, but I have other cats and she can't accept them so she would need a home with no other animals and I think she's best as a housecat as she's very comfortable being indoors, she's been flead but she'll need to be spayed soon. She'll be staying with us until we find a suitable home for her, but she has to be kept separate from the other animals which isn't fair on her. Sadly I'm looking to re-home my 6-year-old neutered female cat Gypsie because we're emigrating. She's a complete softy and likes nothing more than cuddling up with you and being stroked. She sleeps at my side every night and generally wants to spend all her time with people but isn't so keen on men (sorry boys). She was a rescue cat originally after being a stray and having a litter of kittens. She's a little overweight but doesn't seem to overeat-I guess she's just unlucky like that! She's lived with a cat and dog before, but I get the feeling that she'd rather live as an only pet with an owner who's ALWAYS home. She plays fetch and loves her toys, but she's really more of an indoor cat. She's up-to-date on flea and worming medications, but I also keep a flea collar on her because she has a flea bite allergy and otherwise she sometimes scratches her face. Twinkle is a gorgeous little black & white female cat who is 15 years old. She has been neutered, had all of her vaccinations and is a happy healthy cat. We are so sad that we can no longer care for Twinkle in the way that she needs to be cared for as we are moving to a top floor flat with no garden access. She is a really independent cat who loves the outdoorsman someday almost all of the day outside enjoying the local gardens so it would be so cruel for her to be locked inside.
